About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Retention & Growth Marketing Executive to support customer engagement and retention initiatives across CRM channels.
This role will primarily focus on executing campaigns across Push, WhatsApp, Email, RCS and SMS, managing segmentation, setting up journeys, and ensuring timely communication during sale and launch periods.
You will work closely with the Marketing and Ecom Lead to implement strategy and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute campaigns across Push, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
· Set up and manage automated journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback).
· Upload and manage customer segments in CRM tools.
· Ensure campaigns are scheduled, QA’d, and delivered accurately.
· Support planning and execution of high-frequency communication during sale periods.
· Maintain campaign trackers and communication calendars.
· Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure assets are ready on time.
· Monitor live campaigns and flag performance anomalies.
· Create and manage audience segments based on behavior and engagement.
· Ensure CRM databases are structured and clean.
· Execute A/B tests across subject lines, creatives, timing, and copy.
· Share post-campaign reports and observations.
· Suggest improvements based on past campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For
· 0–2 years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, or digital marketing.
· Hands-on experience with CRM/CDP tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Klaviyo, or similar.
· Strong attention to detail and comfort working with campaign tools.
· Basic analytical skills – comfortable with Marketing metrics
· Ability to handle high-volume campaign periods calmly.
· Strong coordination and execution discipline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
