We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate qualified leads for our IT services company through LinkedIn organic outreach.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching prospects, initiating conversations on LinkedIn, nurturing relationships, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Focus: LinkedIn Organic Outreach (No Paid Ads)
Location: Mohali (Onsite Only)
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospect Research
- Identify potential clients on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and other tools
- Research companies and decision makers (CEO, CTO, Founder, Product Head)
2. LinkedIn Outreach
- Send personalized connection requests to targeted prospects
- Initiate and manage LinkedIn conversations with potential clients
- Follow up regularly with prospects
3. Lead Qualification
- Understand prospect requirements
- Identify potential opportunities for our services
- Maintain lead quality before passing to sales team
4. Meeting Scheduling
- Book discovery calls for the business development team
- Coordinate meeting schedules with prospects
5. CRM, Data Management & Coordination
- Maintain lead records and conversation history in CRM or tracking sheets
- Provide weekly outreach reports
- Coordinate with sales / pre-sales team for handover of qualified leads
Mandatory Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach / lead generation / SDR role
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong prospect research and personalization skills
- Ability to write clear, professional and engaging LinkedIn messages
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken) – mandatory
- Comfortable handling daily outreach targets and follow-ups
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in B2B / IT services / SaaS lead generation
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
- Experience targeting global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East)
- Understanding of social selling and consultative outreach
