Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Industry Preference: Hotel, Airline, Luxury, FMCG, or Customer Service Industry
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate with distributors and retailers, and support post-sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have experience in customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders across group companies.
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
- Assist in post-sales support and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Experience in Hotel, Airline, Luxury, FMCG, or Customer Service sectors is an advantage.
