We are looking for a professional and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships to support company growth.
The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales and business development with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and qualify new leads through calls, meetings, and networking
- Handle client inquiries and present suitable real estate projects/solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Coordinate client meetings and site visits when required
- Maintain regular follow-ups and daily activity reports
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills Required :

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development (Mandatory)
- Candidates with prior real estate experience will be preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
