We are looking for an experienced Senior Steward to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders clearly and correctly.
- Professionally serve dishes and drinks.
- Ensure tables are set, clean, and organised as per restaurant standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
- Guide and support junior stewards during service.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, or requests with politeness and professionalism.
Skills & Qualities Needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in hotels/restaurants.
- Knowledge of dining etiquette and service styles.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and team-oriented.
- Ability to handle busy shifts calmly and efficiently.
- Good knowledge of food & beverages and the menu of the restaurant.
