Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment and basic HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Post job openings on Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Assist in payroll processing and coordination.
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and/or HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and basic HR operations.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
