Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 2–4 years of experience in banking product sales. The role involves driving field sales for Current Account openings and Credit/Debit Card selling, ensuring acquisition targets are met while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Current Accounts through field visits and relationship building.
- Promote and sell Credit and Debit Cards to individual and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned banking products.
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in banking product sales (Current Accounts, Credit/Debit Cards).
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in field sales
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Chennai.
