Job Overview:
MAS Industries is hiring an Electronics Testing & Repair Engineer with a strong understanding of electronic components and experience in testing and repairing PCBs. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying faults and performing component-level repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Test and troubleshoot electronic components and control boards
- ✅ Identify and repair faulty components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, relays, etc.
- ✅ Perform soldering and desoldering (SMT and through-hole components)
- ✅ Use testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
- ✅ Maintain repair logs, test reports, and documentation
- ✅ Coordinate with the production and R&D teams for issue resolution
- ✅ Ensure all repaired components meet performance and safety standards
Qualifications Required:
- s Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in testing and repairing electronic components
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and component-level fault finding
- Good soldering skills and ability to handle precision repairs
- Familiarity with electronic schematics and testing instruments
