- Outbound B2B Calling: Make outbound calls to targeted building material dealers, distributors, construction project managers, and fabricators across South India to introduce Qute’s product catalog.
- Lead Generation & Profiling: Identify potential new dealership accounts and building projects in neighboring states; gather requirements and schedule meetings for the on-field marketing team.
- Inbound Query Management: Handle incoming inquiries from dealers and contractors regarding pricing, product specifications, and stock availability.
- Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up pipelines with existing partners to ensure consistent re-ordering of uPVC/PVC profiles and doors.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain an accurate database of calling logs, lead status, and feedback using Excel or company tracking tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of solid experience in outbound telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship management (experience in construction, building materials, or manufacturing industries is a plus).
- Language Fluency (Crucial):
- Proficiency in Tamil and basic professional English.
- Must speak AT LEAST ONE of the following regional languages fluently: Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu (to manage business relations in neighboring South Indian states).
- Communication Skills: Strong phone presence with a polite, persuasive, and professional speaking tone.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
