- Personnel Supervision & Management: Recruiting, deploying, training, and monitoring the discipline and attendance of security guards at client locations.
- Site Inspections & Patrols: Conducting regular, unannounced site visits to ensure security guards are active, properly uniformed, and following protocols.
- Client Coordination & Reporting: Serving as the main contact for clients, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction with security services.
