Conceps is looking for a Brand Designer who can create strong visual identities and turn brand strategy into consistent, memorable design systems.
What You'll Own
- Develop brand identities, logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines
- Define typography, color palettes, graphic elements, and visual language
- Create brand assets for digital, social media, websites, campaigns, and print
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brands
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, content, UI/UX, and development teams
- Present concepts, take feedback, and refine designs
- Research competitors and current design trends
What Sets You Apart
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Design, Visual Design, or Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and visual identity projects
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, and layout
- Strong conceptual and visual thinking
- Ability to develop a brand identity from concept to execution
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Tools
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- After Effects is an added advantage
- AI design tools is a plus
Good to Have
- Branding or creative agency experience
- Experience handling multiple brands
- Experience creating brand guidelines and design systems
- Understanding of UI/UX and digital design
- Experience with motion or animated brand assets
