Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to explore digital platforms, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to real-world marketing strategies. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of social media managing/marketing, SEO, and online advertising, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Assist in developing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience
Track campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through digital channels
2. Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms
Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments/messages, and improve engagement rates
Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
3. SEO & Content Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to support content and website optimization
Implement basic on-page SEO techniques to improve search rankings
Assist in creating blog content, captions, and marketing copy aligned with SEO practices
Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools
4. Performance Marketing & Ads:
Assist in running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
Generate insights to improve ad performance and ROI
Design creatives and visual assets for shopify based e-commerce platforms
5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Identify trends and opportunities to improve digital marketing efforts
6. Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
Work closely with designers, developers, and content creators
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Contribute ideas for campaigns, branding, and user engagement strategies
Essential Qualifications:
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, social media, and online advertising
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media business tools
Strong communication and creative thinking skills for content and campaign ideas
Understanding of content creation, copywriting, and audience engagement
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva or similar design platforms is a plus
Exposure to content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is an added advantage
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated interest in digital marketing through internships, certifications, or personal projects
