Job Title: Operations Manager (Recruitment Expertise)
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong expertise in recruitment to oversee and optimize both business operations and talent acquisition processes. This role will ensure efficient workflows, scalable hiring strategies, and alignment between workforce planning and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations while integrating efficient recruitment strategies
- Design and implement scalable hiring processes to support organizational growth
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to manage end-to-end recruitment
- Analyze operational and hiring data to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and time-to-hire
- Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Streamline cross-functional processes between departments and hiring teams
- Manage recruitment tools, ATS systems, and vendor partnerships
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring standards
- Train managers on interviewing techniques, hiring best practices, and process adherence
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in operations management, with strong exposure to recruitment
- Proven ability to manage both operational workflows and hiring processes
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
