About the Role:
The Smart Classroom / Facility Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining smart classroom infrastructure, including smart boards, AV systems, and other technical equipment. The role ensures uninterrupted classroom delivery and smooth center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, operate, and maintain Smart Boards / Digital Boards in classrooms
Ensure proper functioning of projectors, audio systems, mics, and display units
Provide real-time technical support during live classes
Troubleshoot issues related to smart boards, connectivity, and AV systems
Coordinate with IT and vendors for repairs and AMC support
Monitor and maintain UPS, power backup, and basic electrical systems
Ensure classroom readiness before sessions (audio, video, connectivity check)
Support faculty in smooth execution of lectures
Maintain inventory of technical equipment and report damages/issues
Ensure minimal downtime of classroom infrastructure
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Smart Boards / Interactive Panels
Basic knowledge of AV systems, networking, and troubleshooting
Understanding of projectors, HDMI setups, audio systems
Problem-solving attitude and quick response capability
Good coordination and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Diploma (IT / Electronics / Electrical preferred)
1–3 years of experience in smart classroom / AV / IT support roles
Experience in schools, coaching institutes, or EdTech centers preferred
Preferred Candidates:
Prior experience handling smart classrooms or digital learning setups
Familiarity with EdTech environment
Ability to handle pressure during live classes
