About House of Fett
House of Fett is a premium women's western wear brand growing across retail and franchise channels in India. We are now building our in-house tech capability, starting with our own mobile apps and business dashboards. This is a founding developer role. You will own the entire app lifecycle, from first commit to live on the App Store.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter
- Own end-to-end releases: Google Play and Apple App Store submissions, review cycles, version updates, and rollbacks
- Build web dashboards in React for sales, inventory, and business reporting
- Integrate REST APIs, payment gateways, push notifications, and analytics
- Monitor app performance and crashes, ship fixes quickly
- Work directly with the leadership team to turn business requirements into shipped features
Must Have
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on Flutter development experience
- At least one app you personally deployed, live on both Google Play and the Apple App Store (links required with your application)
- Strong iOS deployment experience: Xcode, certificates and provisioning profiles, App Store Connect, TestFlight
- Working knowledge of React for building web dashboards
- REST API integration and Firebase (Auth, FCM, Firestore)
- Git and a clean release discipline
Good to Have
- E-commerce or retail app experience
- Node.js or any backend exposure
- Ability to implement UI accurately from Figma designs
- Familiarity with Play Console and App Store analytics
Compensation and Details
- Salary: ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month (approx. ₹7.2 to ₹8=9.4 LPA), based on experience
- Location: Noida
