Responsibilities
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine exact specifications and layout requirements.
- Material Preparation: Measure, cut, bend, and shape metal materials using tools like shears, saws, press brakes, and grinders.
- Welding: Join metal components using techniques such as MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding in various positions (flat, vertical, or overhead).
- Assembly: Align, clamp, and fit components together using calipers, squares, and rulers prior to welding.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test welds for flaws to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools, machinery, and welding equipment in safe, working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the use of protective gear (heat-resistant clothing, welding masks, safety shoes).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
