Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at developing effective technical solutions to address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to resolve engineering issues. Daily activities include collaborating across various domains such as structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and technical records to support engineering activities and audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes and methodologies.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines.
- Experience with interpreting and applying technical documentation standards related to aircraft parts and maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess engineering data and contribute to problem-solving activities.
- Familiarity with configuration management principles and their application in engineering projects.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions.
