Job description for mechanical maintenance Engineer/ Junior Engineer
· Development and implementation of preventive, future -storing and breakdown maintenance of kiln, ball mills, spray dryers, hydraulic presses, glazing lines, polishing machines and packing systems.
· Leading and management of a team of maintenance technicians and Junior engineers
· To reduce production downtime, solve troubleshooting and tool failures quickly.
· Ensure the maintenance of conveyor systems, and material handling equipment.
· Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the material department to ensure timely availability of important parts.
· Ensure compliance related to mechanical.
· Production to support uninterrupted production, coordinate with quality departments.
· Maintain accurate maintenance logs and generate reports on equipment performance, downtime analysis and cost efficiency.
· Support new machinery and equipment upgradation and support commissioning
Qualification:
· Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical or electrical engineering
· 3-6 Years’ Experience in maintenance role
· Proficient in using Microsoft office tools
· Preferred ceramic industry
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
