Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll for 1500+ employees through Keka HRMS
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, bonus, gratuity, and statutory compliance
- Process attendance, leave, reimbursements, incentives, and full & final settlements
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement
- Maintain payroll reports, MIS, and employee records
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and auditors for compliance and payroll audits
- Resolve payroll-related employee queries efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Keka Payroll Software
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, labor laws, payroll taxation, and compliance
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Experience handling large workforce payroll operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
