Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for design and operational roles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and team meetings.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and internship certificates.
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
- Support HR policies and compliance-related tasks.
- Handle basic administrative and office coordination responsibilities.
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
