Role Overview
We are looking for an Analyst – HRBP to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. You will serve as a key point of contact for new joiners, ensure seamless documentation, and maintain accurate HR dashboards. This role suits someone who thrives on process excellence, has strong attention to detail, and communicates with clarity
Key Responsibilities
Offer discussion – conducting briefing call with candidate along with Talent Acquisition team
Onboarding & Induction – Coordinate pre-joining formalities, prepare offer letters and appointment documents, conduct Day 1 orientation, and ensure a smooth new-joiner experience.
Employee Documentation – Maintain accurate employee files (physical and digital), verify background checks, and ensure statutory compliance.
HR Dashboards & MIS – Update and maintain HR trackers and dashboards; generate periodic reports on headcount, attrition, onboarding status, and other key metrics. Hands on knowledge with Workday and ticketing tools is a plus
Process Improvement – Identify gaps in current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Employee engagement – Maintaining engagement calendar, conducting engagement activities for on floor & global team
HRBP Exposure - Partner with managers and employees to address day-to-day HR matters. Understand business objectives and align HR interventions accordingly. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational policies. Participate in business reviews as the HR representative. Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Monitor employee morale and recommend interventions to improve engagement and retention. Facilitate conflict resolution and support disciplinary processes when required. Maintain HR dashboards and business-specific people metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders based on HR data. Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for the Business Unit assigned.

- Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)

- Strong organisational skill & attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic IT services environment
- Good to have Workday or similar HRIS Experience
- HRBP exposure
Qualifications
- MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT services or similar industry
