We are looking for an HR Generalist with experience in recruitment and HR operations. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment (70%) along with HR generalist activities (30%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
- Source candidates through portals and references
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain attendance and employee records
- Handle employee engagement and HR coordination
- Support daily HR operations and compliance
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- 2–5 years of HR experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in BPO hiring preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
