Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor the pre-primary curriculum in alignment with school standards.
- Ensure age-appropriate teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Support lesson planning, assessments, and student progress tracking.
- Organize educational activities, events, celebrations, and field trips.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and support pre-primary teachers and support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Monitor teacher performance and recommend professional development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and academic standards.
Student Development
- Monitor students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Identify learning challenges and coordinate appropriate interventions.
- Promote a child-centric and inclusive learning environment.
Parent Engagement
- Conduct parent orientation programs and parent-teacher meetings.
- Address parent concerns and maintain effective communication.
- Provide regular updates on student progress and school activities.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and activity schedules.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- Coordinate admissions, student onboarding, and classroom readiness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and child protection guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed./NTT/Montessori/ECCE certification preferred.
- Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary Education.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Coordinator/Supervisory role preferred.
- Experience in reputed schools following CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum is desirable.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
