About the Role
VBLP Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and business growth in Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Digital Marketing, and Custom Software Solutions.
We are seeking professionals who have prior experience in IT services sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Identify and acquire clients for:
- Website Development Projects
- Mobile Application Development Projects
- Digital Marketing Services
- Custom Software Development
- ERP & CRM Solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding and delivery alignment.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Web Technologies, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing services.
- Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Email Campaigns, and other B2B channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Business Development.
✔ Experience in selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, or Digital Marketing services.
✔ Strong knowledge of proposal creation and sales closure.
✔ Immediate Joiners preferred.
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
