- Onboarding & Recruitment: Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting employee orientations, and issuing employment contracts.
- Records Management: Maintaining accurate digital and physical HR records, including personnel files and employee forms.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for staff queries, benefits enrollment, and welfare concerns.
- HR Operations: Assisting with payroll processing, monitoring attendance/timekeeping, and updating HRIS systems.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
