#About the Role
RIJ Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Sr. Quality Manager to lead and strengthen quality assurance systems in a precision gear manufacturing environment. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, strong customer interface skills, and the authority to drive world-class quality standards aligned with IATF 16949.
# Key Responsibilities
1. To maintain the Master copies and Controlled copies of QMS
2. To maintain issue record of all documents
3. To collect the data of KPIs & trigger analysis if requires
4. To review / make QMS documents & DCR
5. To collect the Input data for MRM.
6. To assist for Internal Audit / Customer audit’s other documentation
7. Present quality performance reports to top management.
8. Drive continuous improvement in PPM reduction, FTR improvement, and audit scores.
# Authority
1. Release QMS documents,
2. Authorized to warn where QMS is not followed as per guideline
3.To Ensure that customer's requirements are addressed.
4. Approve the QMS documents as Quality Policy, Objectives, Procedures etc.
# Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering.
03 –04 years of quality management experience in gear or automotive component manufacturing.
Certification/experience in IATF 16949 & Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Proven exposure to customer audits and third-party audits.
