Position: Voice Process Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer queries related to our IT and Cyber Security products and services, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about technology and cyber security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding the company's IT and Cyber Security products and services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate technical or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, communication standards, and customer service procedures.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay updated with the company's products, services, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Telugu and Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, email communication, and internet usage.
- Willingness to learn about Cyber Security products and IT solutions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
