Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to antenatal, postnatal, and gynaecology patients.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during pregnancy and labour.
- Assist doctors during examinations, deliveries, and gynaecological procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients on prenatal care, postnatal care, breastfeeding, and family planning.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
- Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (preferred).
- Good communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
