We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services and processes align with internal and external quality standards, regulations, and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess services and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards, regulations, and certifications.
- Conduct regular audits of services and workflows to evaluate quality performance.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product or service quality.
- Ensure that all services and protocols meet the defined quality criteria and standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data, including defects, trends, and performance metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality issues and resolutions, and track corrective actions taken.
- Generate detailed reports on findings and present them to senior management for review and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with customer service and regulatory compliance teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation.
- Support training initiatives for employees on quality standards, best practices, and new regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and certification processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organization.
