JOB PURPOSE
To support day-to-day store operations by ensuring proper receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control of materials while maintaining accurate records and following company procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality.
- Maintain proper stock records and update inward/outward entries.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Arrange materials systematically for easy identification.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about low stock.
- Assist in periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the store area.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and stock reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments.
- Handle loading and unloading activities safely.
- Follow company safety procedures and store discipline.
- Maintain proper documentation as per ISO requirements.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Good communication skills
