Job Summary
The Sales Manager will manage on-site real estate sales operations across project locations. The role involves assisting walk-in and visiting clients, conducting site tours, explaining project details, and supporting the end-to-end property buying process directly from project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle on-ground sales activities at assigned project sites
- Meet and assist clients during site visits across locations
- Explain project details, layouts, pricing, and unit options
- Guide buyers through the property selection process
- Follow up with prospects and maintain interaction records
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closures
- Ensure a smooth and professional client experience at site
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales (site/field sales preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Comfortable working from multiple project sites
- Willing to travel as per project requirements in the city
- Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle and documentation process
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
