Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages as per company standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, handling daily café operations, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. The role requires adherence to SOPs, food safety standards, and teamwork to achieve operational excellence.
Food & Beverage Associate (Cafe Staff) – Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company SOPs.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and dining area.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed at all times.
- Handle customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory as assigned.
- Operate café equipment safely and responsibly.
- Assist in opening, closing, and daily café operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals.
- Follow all company policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
