Job Title: IELTS Trainer

Job Summary
We are launching a new IELTS Training Program that will operate alongside our existing academic programs. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS coaching to students from both MAP and non-MAP backgrounds through online and offline modes. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the role includes content creation, classroom management, and supporting the promotion of the IELTS program through social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Academic Delivery
* Conduct IELTS coaching sessions for students.
* Deliver classes covering all IELTS modules: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
* Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
* Monitor student progress and provide individualised feedback and guidance.
* Conduct practice sessions, evaluations, and performance reviews.
Classroom & Student Management
* Manage classroom activities and ensure an engaging learning environment.
* Track attendance, performance, and student participation.
* Address student queries and provide academic support.
* Coordinate with academic and administrative teams regarding schedules and student progress.
Content Creation & Social Media Support
* Record educational videos related to IELTS preparation, tips, strategies, and student success stories.
* Create and participate in short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) for social media platforms.
* Support the development and growth of the IELTS program's Instagram and other social media channels.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional and educational content.
Program Development
* Assist in designing and improving IELTS training materials and curriculum.
* Contribute ideas for workshops, webinars, and student engagement activities.
* Support outreach and promotional activities for the IELTS training program.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
* IELTS training experience preferred.
* Strong command of spoken and written English.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational video content.
* Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.
* Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
* IELTS score of Band 7.5 or above (preferred).
* Previous experience in IELTS, PTE, or other English language training programs.
* Experience in online teaching platforms and content creation tools.
Working Model
* Participate in content recording sessions and promotional activities.
* Flexible to work according to academic schedules and student requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thrikkakara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
