Position: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Role Description
This position is set to provide field technical service to end-users and customers involving the installation, modification, troubleshooting and repair of the heavy equipment to maintain an optimistic level of customer satisfaction to maximize the opportunity for repeat sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform service works on existing equipment, as well as installation and commissioning activities on new equipments
· Provide site technical support to customers, assisting in trouble shooting product problems in the field.
· Perform overhaul and repair of all equipment components and systems as assigned by the supervisor
· Instructing customers in product usage by conducting training for operation and maintenance personnel
· Provide work leadership and train technicians when required.
· Assisting customers remotely with technical support and troubleshooting
· Prepares daily logs and reports of work performed.
· Assists in shop and field supervisor to maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies and outside purchases
· Assist in order of all partsand materials required to perform assigned repairs.
· Assist in shop and filed supervisor to maintain and care for shop tools, equipment and vehicles
· Identify weak areas of technicians, make recommendations to field or shop supervisor
· Escalate specific requests from the customers to next level for immediate attention and resolutions
· Conducts himself in a proper business manner reflecting respect and honesty and contributes to building excellent company/customer relationships.
· Performs other duties assigned by his supervisor
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Field service: 2 years (Required)
