We are looking for a well-organized and responsible Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
o Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
o Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
o Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
o Assist in billing, invoice processing, and basic accounting work
o Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
o Support management and team members with administrative needs
Required Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Good organizational and time management skills
o Ability to multitask and work independently
o Professional attitude and problem-solving ability
Qualification:
o 12th pass and above preferred
o Prior experience in administrative role is an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
