Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our marketing team in Munnar. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media content creation, short-form videos, Reels, photography, and storytelling.
The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content to strengthen our brand presence and promote our real estate projects across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for social media posts, Reels, videos, stories, and marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and promotional content for real estate projects.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, Reels, and promotional videos.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of projects, properties, locations, and events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Cover project launches, site visits, events, expos, and other company activities through photos and videos.
- Create content that highlights project features, amenities, locations, and customer experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices.
- Monitor content performance and suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic to intermediate skills in video shooting, editing, and graphic design.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software is preferred.
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Malayalam.
- Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, or property marketing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio or previous work samples are preferred.
