Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students, contribute to curriculum development, conduct research activities, and mentor students in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and related domains.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and laboratory exercises in AI/ML-related subjects.
- Teach courses such as:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Data Science
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Computer Vision
- Generative AI
- Python Programming
- Data Analytics
- Neural Networks
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and presentations.
Research & Development
- Conduct and publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Guide students in academic and industry-based projects.
- Apply for research grants and collaborate with industry partners.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Data Science.
Student Mentorship
- Mentor and counsel students on academic and career development.
- Supervise internships, capstone projects, and research work.
- Encourage participation in hackathons, coding competitions, and technical events.
Academic Administration
- Participate in curriculum design and syllabus updates.
- Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance activities.
- Organize workshops, seminars, FDPs, and guest lectures.
- Support departmental and institutional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- M.Tech / ME / MS in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- NET/SET qualification preferred as per institutional norms.
- Ph.D. (Completed or Pursuing) in relevant specialization preferred.
- Strong academic background with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Technical Skills
- Python Programming
- Machine Learning Algorithms
- Deep Learning Frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
- Data Science & Analytics
- SQL & Database Management
- NLP & Computer Vision
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – Preferred
- MLOps and Model Deployment – Preferred
Experience
- 0–3 years for Freshers/Entry-Level Assistant Professor positions.
- Prior teaching, research, or industry experience in AI/ML is preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development and student mentoring is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle academic and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Industry certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
