Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our new naturopathy wellness luxury center in Uttarakhand. The role involves designing menus aligned with naturopathy principles, focusing on nutrition, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Create health-focused menus emphasizing plant-based, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene and compliance with food safety standards.
- Guest Experience: Work with wellness practitioners to provide personalized dietary plans.
- Sustainability Practices: Implement eco-friendly practices such as waste reduction and farm-to-table sourcing.
- Innovation: Develop new recipes and techniques to enhance the wellness dining experience.
- Budget Management: Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hospitality or wellness-focused establishments.
- Knowledge of wellness cuisine, nutrition, and naturopathy principles.
- Strong skills in menu planning, food presentation, and guest service.
- Leadership and communication abilities.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
