We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our social media pages.
The ideal candidate should be able to shoot and edit photos/videos using a mobile phone, create engaging Reels and posts, and understand social media algorithms and current trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage our Instagram, Facebook and other social media pages
- Create and shoot high-quality photos and videos using a mobile phone
- Edit Reels, short videos, photos and promotional content
- Create creative and engaging content ideas
- Stay updated with Instagram/Facebook trends and algorithms
- Plan and maintain a regular content calendar
- Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags
- Monitor page performance, reach, engagement and views
- Develop strategies to increase followers, reach and engagement
- Analyze content performance and improve future content accordingly
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth
- Good mobile photography and videography skills
- Good video and photo editing skills
- Creative mindset and ability to create new content ideas
- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience: 1+ year preferred
Important: We are looking for someone who can create the content themselves — shooting + editing + posting + managing + growing the pages.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
