Field Operations Executive – Scholarships & Outreach
Location: Kolkata (Base Location)
Travel: Approximately 75% across Eastern & Northeast India
Regions Covered: West Bengal, Northeast States, Odisha, Jharkhand & Bihar
About the Role
Scholarlify is looking for a passionate and energetic Field Operations Executive to expand scholarship access across Eastern and Northeast India. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy travelling, engaging with students and institutions, and creating grassroots impact. You will work directly with schools, colleges, NGOs, and communities to spread scholarship awareness, support students throughout the application process, and ensure successful program execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scholarship awareness sessions, outreach camps, and community engagement activities.
- Guide students and parents on scholarship eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and local organizations.
- Support students in completing applications and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
- Plan and execute field visits, workshops, and scholarship drives across assigned regions.
- Maintain outreach records, MIS reports, and provide field insights to improve programs.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
- 0–4 years of experience in field operations, outreach, education, NGO, sales, or community engagement is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable with extensive travel and working independently in field environments.
- Basic knowledge of Google Forms, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital tools.
- High ownership, problem-solving ability, and a passion for education and social impact.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
