Job Title: Education Counselor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Motivated and student-friendly Education Counselor to join our coaching institute. The candidate will guide students and parents about courses, admissions, career opportunities, and help them choose the right program according to their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students and parents regarding courses and career options
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and benefits clearly
- Follow up with prospective students for admissions
- Maintain student records and admission data
- Coordinate with faculty and management for student support
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
Required Skills:
- Strong counselling, presentation, and convincing abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Qualification:
- Experience in education counseling/sales preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Salary:
As per experience and performance
Working Hours:
8:00 am to 12 pm (4 hours - Morning session)
