We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-focused Sales Associate for our Sleep Boutique at ITC Grand Central. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on offerings
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic system entries
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/retail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing systems, etc.)
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
