Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (On-site)
Salary: Around ₹4,00,000 per annum (CTC)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and export accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, GST compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts using Tally/TallyPrime (or equivalent accounting software).
- Prepare monthly ledgers, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS/TCS, and assist with Income Tax compliance and statutory filings.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, customer accounts, and ledger balances.
- Process vendor payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Prepare monthly P&L schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and working capital reports.
- Support internal and statutory audits and maintain the compliance calendar.
- Manage export accounting, including: IGST/LUT compliance, Export invoices and documentation, Export incentives accounting, Foreign currency transactions and forex reconciliation, Accounting for export receipts
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally/TallyPrime.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic Macros).
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, statutory compliance, and e-filing portals.
- Strong reconciliation skills with high attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Good understanding of export accounting, including zero-rated supplies, LUT, drawback, export documentation, and foreign currency accounting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One or TallyPrime.
- Knowledge of export incentives accounting.
- Familiarity with trade finance accounting, including Letter of Credit (LC) realization and bank charges.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
