Social Media Engagement Intern
We are looking for a Social Media Engagement Intern to help research online communities, identify relevant conversations, and support meaningful engagement across social platforms.
What you will do
- Research relevant online communities, discussions, topics, and emerging trends.
- Identify conversations related to our clients' industries, products, and areas of expertise.
- Find opportunities where useful information, insights, or resources can add value to an existing discussion.
- Draft clear, natural, and informative responses for relevant discussions.
- Help maintain a record of relevant conversations and engagement activities.
- Monitor community discussions and identify recurring questions, concerns, and trends.
- Work with the team to improve engagement strategies based on observations and results.
