We are looking for a Sales Executive who will call and follow up with inbound leads generated from Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, pitching our services, and converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads from Facebook & Google Ads
- Understand client requirements and pitch company services
- Convert qualified leads into customers
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM / Google Sheets
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English, Bengali & Hindi)
- Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Sales or telecalling experience is a plus
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in sales
- Digital marketing services
- Website development services
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads & Google Ads lead forms
- Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales
