Job Summary
We are looking for a MIS Executive who can manage business data, develop management reports, create interactive dashboards and automate repetitive reporting processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, Looker Studio and AI tools, with the ability to convert raw business data into meaningful insights for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports for Management.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Analyze data related to Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Dispatch, Accounts and Operations.
- Create Management Dashboards and KPI Reports.
- Consolidate data from multiple Excel/Google Sheets files and other sources.
- Automate repetitive MIS activities using Power Query, Excel Macros/VBA, Google Apps Script or other automation tools.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI productivity tools to improve reporting, analysis and automation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Accounts, Dispatch and other departments for data collection and validation.
- Support management review meetings with dashboards, presentations and analytical reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
