Job Description:-
We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer acquainted with colonization and land development projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to supervise civil works efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Supervise and manage colonization and civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Prepare project reports, measurements, and billing documentation.
- Handle estimation, planning, and material management.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Required Skills:-
- Strong knowledge of colonization and infrastructure development.
- Excellent site supervision and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and civil engineering practices.
- Ability to manage labor and contractor teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Minimum 10 years experience.
Educational Qualification:-
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Salary & Benefits:-
Salary Package: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
