We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth across our software services, SaaS products, and training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Promote and sell custom software development services to businesses.
- Present and sell STS Campus (School/College ERP) as a white-label or subscription-based SaaS solution.
- Generate admissions for STS Tech Academy's professional IT courses.
- Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of software products or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Sales, EdTech Sales, or SaaS Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
