Architect
Job Summary
The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The role involves developing creative and functional design solutions, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and supporting projects from concept through completion while maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed building designs.
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using architectural design software.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Obtain necessary approvals and permits from relevant authorities.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review construction documents and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Recommend sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.
- Prepare design presentations and communicate project updates to clients.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and revision records.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building materials, construction techniques, and architectural standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
