Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for driving Elink’s financial planning, analysis,
budgeting, and overall financial health. The role requires a proactive finance professional
capable of supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights, forecasting, and
performance analysis while ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
for business operations.
Develop financial models for business scenarios, growth planning, and decision
support.
Prepare and analyze project-wise financial reports including profitability, cash flow,
and performance tracking.
Monitor actual vs budget performance and identify key variances with corrective
actions.
Handle manpower cost control (software side) and procurement/material cost
control (automation side) to improve profitability.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for smooth business
operations.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loans, documentation,
repayments, and funding optimization.
Evaluate financial impact of project delays and prepare mitigation and contingency
plans.
Develop short-term and long-term financial strategies for business growth and
funding needs.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, financing optimization, and improved
financial efficiency.
Conduct financial risk assessment and implement risk mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal
policies.
Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and insights to senior management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tender, Purchase, Software, Automation,
Management) for financial planning and support.
Maintain strong banking relationships and external financial network for business
advantage.

Education CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M. Com/
Experience Minimum 7 years in Financial Management, FP&A, Corporate Finance
